VWR Funding, Inc. -- Moody's rates VWR's proposed term loan B1; no other rating changes
New York, January 28, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 rating to the proposed US dollar and euro denominated senior secured term loan B offerings of VWR Funding, Inc. ("VWR"). The proceeds of the new loans will be used to repay the existing senior secured loans maturing in 2014. All other ratings remain unchanged, including the B3 Corporate Family Rating and B3-PD Probability of Default Rating. The rating outlook remains positive.
