Toronto, May 31, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) said Videotron Ltee's (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc. [Ba3, stable]) agreement with Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers; Baa1, stable) to jointly build-out an expanded LTE wireless services network in the province of Quebec and the Ottawa region of Ontario, is credit-positive and ratings-neutral.
