Verisure Holding AB -- Moody's upgrades Verisure from B3 to B2; positive outlook
London, 19 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today upgraded the corporate family rating ("CFR") to B2 from B3 and probability of default rating ("PDR") to B2-PD from B3-PD of Verisure Holding AB ("Verisure" or "the company"). At the same time Moody's has upgraded the rating on the EUR700 million Series A senior secured notes due 2018 to B1 from B2, and the rating on the EUR271.5 million Series B senior secured notes due 2018 to B3 from Caa1.
