Suncorp-Metway Ltd. -- Moody's: Australian banks to issue Basel III securities at a steady pace
Sydney, April 10, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Australian banks' capital positions are sufficient to meet nearly all upcoming regulatory capital requirements two years ahead of schedule, but that it expects banks will continue to issue Basel III securities at a steady pace to replace their outstanding "old-style" Basel II securities.
