Sunac China Holdings Limited -- Moody's: Asset sale and purchase will boost Greentown's liquidity; strengthen Sunac's control over joint assets

Hong Kong, May 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the proposed acquisition and disposal between Greentown China Holdings Limited (B1 review for upgrade) and Sunac China Holdings Limited (B1 stable) will boost Greentown's liquidity profile and strengthen Sunac's controls over jointly owned assets.
