Signode Industrial Group US Inc. -- Moody's affirms Signode's B2 CFR, outlook remains stable following special dividend
New York, November 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") affirmed Signode Industrial Group US Inc.'s ("Signode") B2 Corporate Family Rating and B2-PD Probability of Default Rating following the company's announcement that it would add on $450 million to the Senior Secured Term Loan. Additional instrument ratings are detailed below. The proceeds of the add-on term loan will be used to pay a shareholder dividend and pay related fees and expenses. The transaction is expected to close in December 2016. The rating outlook is stable.
