S4B (Issuer) Plc -- Moody's assigns an A2 rating to S4B's guaranteed bonds

London, 19 December 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A2 rating and the outlook remains stable to the GBP73.525 million guaranteed secured bonds to be issued by S4B (Issuer) Plc, the funding vehicle for S4B Limited ("ProjectCo"). The bonds will finance the development of a social housing project on the Brunswick estate (the "Project"), located in central Manchester, England. Around 860 Housing Revenue Account dwellings will be made available for tenants once complete, with more than 75% being refurbishments of existing properties. The operational period will run for 25 years, including an initial construction period of around 6 years.
