Road Infrastructure Investment, LLC -- Moody's: Road Infrastructure to be acquired by Olympus Partners, bank debt expected to be taken out

New York, May 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the May 16, 2016 announced secondary buyout of Road Infrastructure Investment, LLC (B2 negative, a.k.a. Ennis-Flint) by Olympus Partners from existing private equity owner Brazos Private Equity Partners LLC will result in the refinancing of the capital structure. Upon the completion of the transaction, Moody's would withdraw ratings on the existing debt at Road. The transaction is expected to close in June.
