Residential Funding Mortgage Sec. I, Inc. -- Moody's announces withdrawal of the rating for Residential Funding Mortgage Sec. I, Inc. Guaranteed Custodial Receipts
New York, April 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today announced the withdrawal of the rating of Residential Funding Mortgage Sec. I, Inc. Guaranteed Custodial Receipts, to reflect the fact that the Custodial Receipts had paid off on January 25, 1995. Moody's database previously indicated incorrectly that the Custodial Receipts, which were wrapped by Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp, were outstanding and under review for possible downgrade. The rating has been withdrawn and the rating history corrected for this transaction.
