New York, January 15, 2013 -- In the 1st paragraph under OPINION, the sentence that read "Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A1 rating to the State Board of Education of the State of Alabama's$2.0 million Series 2013 Refunding Revenue Bonds for Reid State Community College, a component of the Alabama Community College System (ACCS or the system)." will now read "Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A1 rating to the State Board of Education of the State of Alabama's$2.0 million Series 2013 Refunding Revenue Bonds for Reid State Technical College, a component of the Alabama Community College System (ACCS or the system)."
