PTT Public Company Limited -- Moody's: Plant shutdown is credit negative for PTT and PTTGC
Singapore, August 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service says that while the shutdown of PTT Public Company Limited's (Baa1 stable) Gas Separation Plant Unit 5 (GSP#5) is credit negative for both PTT and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC, Baa2 stable), the temporary closure has no immediate impact on the ratings of either firm.
