London, 18 February 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to stable from negative the outlook on the ratings of Poste Italiane S.p.A. (Poste). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed Poste's Baa2 long-term issuer rating, the provisional (P)Baa2 senior unsecured rating on Poste's EUR2 billion euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme, the Baa2 senior unsecured instrument rating on the EUR750 million 3.25% notes due 2018 and the Prime-2 short-term issuer rating.
