PNC Bank, N.A. -- Moody's changes PNC's outlook to stable (senior debt at A3)
New York, December 17, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service changed the rating outlook of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries to stable from positive. The holding company is rated A3 for senior debt, and the lead bank has a standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR)/baseline credit assessment (BCA) of C+/a2. The bank's long-term deposit rating is A2 and its short-term deposit rating is Prime-1.
