PlayPower, Inc. -- Moody's lowers PlayPower's CFR to Caa2; Outlook stable

New York, April 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") lowered PlayPower, Inc.'s ("PlayPower") Corporate Family Rating Caa2 from Caa1 and the Probability of Default to Caa2-PD from Caa1-PD. Concurrently, Moody's lowered the rating on the company's $121.4 million Second Lien Term Loan to Caa2 from Caa1. The outlook is stable.
