London, 07 January 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned a corporate family rating (CFR) of B2 and a B3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) to Optima Finco Limited ('EG'), the parent of the Euro Garages group of companies. Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a (P)B2 (LGD3) rating to the senior secured credit facilities totaling GBP745 million equivalent, comprising Term Loan B, Revolving Credit and Capex/Acquisition tranches, to be issued by Optima Sub-Finco Limited. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
