OPDAPAS -- Moody's seeks market feedback on proposed update to rating approach for enhanced municipal and state loans in Mexico
Mexico, May 07, 2014 -- In a Request for Comment published today, Moody's Investors Service is inviting market participants to comment on proposed modifications to its methodology for enhanced municipal and state loans in Mexico. The proposed methodology update would replace "Enhanced Municipal and State Loans in Mexico," published in January 2011, and would apply to approximately 126 enhanced loans. The adoption of the proposed update would lead to some rating upgrades.
