New York, March 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has placed the Baa1 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Ltd, (OMLAC(SA)), the A2 IFS rating of Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Limited (OMWLAL) and the Baa3 senior debt rating of Old Mutual plc (Old Mutual) on review for downgrade.
