Oilers Borrower Corp. -- Moody's: OneStopPlus' first lien term loan increase is a credit negative; ratings unaffected
New York, January 31, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service stated today that OneStopPlus Group's ("OneStopPlus," initially "Oilers Borrower Corp.") proposed $25 million first lien term loan increase is a credit negative. The company's ratings, including the B2 corporate family rating and B1 rating assigned to the upsized first lien term loan, are unaffected.
