New York, May 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) assigned a first time Baa3 senior unsecured issuer rating on its global scale to Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A. (OEC). At the same time, Moody's affirmed the Baa3 foreign currency ratings assigned to up to USD3.1 billion senior unsecured notes issued by Odebrecht Finance Ltd (Cayman Islands), irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by OEC. The outlook for all ratings is negative.
