Novikombank JSCB -- Moody's downgrades Novikombank's long-term deposit and debt ratings to B2 and baseline credit assessment to b3

London, 05 November 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long-term local- and foreign-currency deposit and local-currency debt ratings of Novikombank JSCB to B2 from B1. Moody's has affirmed the bank's short-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings at Not-Prime. Concurrently, Moody's has downgraded Novikombank's baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA to b3 from b2. Moody's has also downgraded the bank's long-term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) to B1(cr) from Ba3(cr) and affirmed the bank's short-term CR Assessment of Not-Prime(cr). The outlook on the bank's long-term deposit and debt ratings is negative.
