New York, June 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") confirmed Novelis Inc's (Novelis) B1 corporate family rating and B1-PD probability of default rating. Moody's at the same time confirmed the company's Ba2 senior secured term loan rating and the B2 senior unsecured rating. The speculative grade liquidity rating is unchanged at SGL-3. The outlook is stable. This concludes the review for downgrade initiated on March 21, 2014.
