New York (City of) NY -- Moody's reviews New York City's SBPA-backed GO Bonds Fiscal 2008 Subseries J-5 in connection with substitution of SBPA
New York, March 16, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has, at the request of the City of New York's (the City), reviewed the documents submitted to us in connection with the issuance of a substitute standby bond purchase agreement (SBPA or liquidity facility) to be provided by Bank of America N.A. (the Bank) in support of the City of New York Tax-Exempt Adjustable Rate General Obligation Bonds, Fiscal 2008 Subseries J-5 (the Bonds).
