New Forwarding Company -- Moody's confirms Globaltrans's Ba3 rating; stable outlook

London, 11 March 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today confirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) and Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Globaltrans Investment PLC, a Russian rail-based transportation company. The outlook on the ratings is stable. Concurrently, Moody's confirmed the B1 senior unsecured rating of the bonds issued by the New Forwarding Company and guaranteed by Globaltrans, and adjusted the loss-given default rate to 77% (LGD-5) to the issue. This concludes the review for downgrade initiated by Moody's on 23 December 2014.
