New Forwarding Company -- Moody's changes outlook on Globaltrans's Ba3 rating to stable; affirms ratings

London, 26 September 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to stable from positive the outlook on the Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) and the Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Globaltrans Investment PLC (Globaltrans), as well as the B1 senior unsecured rating assigned to the domestic bonds issued by New Forwarding Company, a 100% subsidiary of Globaltrans, and guaranteed by Globaltrans. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
