New Europe Property Investments plc -- Moody's upgrades New Europe Property Investments plc to Baa3; stable outlook
London, 20 October 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded New Europe Property Investments plc's (NEPI) rating, assigning a long-term issuer rating of Baa3 and withdrawing the Ba1 corporate family rating and Ba1-PD probability of default rating (PDR). The outlook on the issuer rating is stable. NEPI is a listed real estate investment, development and management company with the majority of its operations in Romania (Baa3 stable).
