Moody's: West Coast Funding I Ltd. ratings unaffected by the substitution of the Swap Counterparty

New York, December 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by West Coast Funding I, Ltd. (the "Issuer") into a novation confirmation relating to an existing interest rate swap among the Issuer, Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays") and President and Fellows of Harvard College ("Harvard"), dated as of December 29, 2015 (the "Novation Agreement") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal, reduction or other adverse action with respect to any current long term rating by Moody's (including any private or confidential rating) of the Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Novation Agreement could have non-credit-related effects.
