Sao Paulo, March 11, 2015 -- Water rationing in São Paulo and other states in southeastern Brazil, which is looking increasing likely, will have the greatest economic impact on the industrial, homebuilding and beverage sectors, given their high reliance on a steady supply of water, says Moody's Investors Service. Overall, mandatory federal or state water rationing would worsen Brazil's already sluggish economic growth.
