Moody's: VENTURE XIV CLO, LIMITED ratings unaffected by First Supplemental Indenture.

New York, December 05, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Venture XIV CLO, Limited (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of December 5, 2014 (the "First Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Venture XIV CLO, Corp. as Co-Issuer and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the First Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
