Moody's: US retailers reassess the need for floor space as leases expire
New York, August 05, 2014 -- As US retailers continue to migrate more of their sales online, many are reassessing their physical footprint and cost base, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report, "As Retailers Reassess Store Needs, Expiring Leases Offer Potential for Cutting Costs." And their lease obligations are figuring into the picture.
