Moody's Updates on Marche Mutui 2 S.r.l. following the implementation of a Backup Servicer Agreement
London, 05 July 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that in its opinion the implementation of a Backup Servicer Agreement will, in and of itself, neither result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current credit ratings assigned to the notes issued by Marche Mutui 2 S.r.l. ("Issuer").
