Moody's updates on EMF-UK 2008-1 PLC

Madrid, April 28, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the proposal to replace Barclays Bank PLC by HSBC Bank Plc as new transaction account and GIC account provider and to amend certain provisions relating to the collection account (the "Proposal"), will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by EMF-UK 2008-1 PLC.
