Moody's updates on AyT Hipotecario Mixto V, FTA following replacement of the Treasury Account Bank and Principal Paying Agent

London, 28 December 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the decision to (i) replace Barclays Bank Plc in its roles as Treasury Account Bank and Principal Paying Agent with Banco Santander S.A, ("the Bank"); and (ii) reduce the replacement trigger of the Treasury Account Bank and Principal Paying Agent from loss of A2/P-1 (senior unsecured) to the loss of A3 (deposit rating), will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current rating of the notes (the "Notes") issued by AyT Hipotecario Mixto V, Fondo de Titulización de Activos. ("the Issuer").
