Moody's updates on Achmea Hypotheekbank N.V. Mortgage Covered Bonds

London, 25 April 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution of a waiver letter (the "Waiver") relating to the swap agreements (the "Swap Agreements") between Achmea Covered Bond Company B.V. and Achmea Hypotheekbank N.V. (the "Swap Provider") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the bonds (the "Bonds") issued by Achmea Hypotheekbank N.V. and guaranteed by Achmea Covered Bond Company B.V.
