Moody's: UK non-food retailers' sales benefit from rising customer confidence; grocers remain pressured
London, 23 January 2015 -- The anticipated boost to consumers' disposable incomes from lower fuel prices and real wage growth will bolster like-for-like sales growth for UK non-food retailers in 2015, says Moody's Investors Service in a Sector Comment report published today. A solid holiday season performance will also help these companies achieve full-year results in line with rating agency expectations.
