Madrid, June 06, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded to Baa3 from Baa2 the ratings on 22 tranches in four Turkish future receivables transactions (diversified payment rights (DPR) transactions). At the same time, Moody's confirmed the ratings on eight tranches in the Yapi Kredi Diversified Payment Rights Finance program. Moody's also downgraded the underlying ratings on all tranches wrapped by financial guarantors, and affirmed the ratings on one tranche with a guarantor rated above the underlying rating on the notes in Yapi Kredi Diversified Payment Rights Finance program.
