New York, April 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the ratings of 12 tranches from four transactions issued by various issuers. The collateral backing these deals consists of first-lien fixed and adjustable rate mortgage loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) an agency of the U.S. Department of Urban Development (HUD) or guaranteed by the Veterans Administration (VA).
