Moody's: Sheffield CDO, Ltd ratings unaffected by amendment of Cash Flow Hedge Transaction
London, 03 June 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the reduction of the maximum available size of the Cash Flow Hedge Transaction will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by Sheffield CDO, Ltd to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the reduction could have other, non credit-related effects.
