Moody's: Servicer transfer to Specialized Loan Servicing from Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., have no negative ratings impact on eight Countrywide HELOC RMBS transactions.

New York, December 14, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that (a) Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC 's ("SLS") succession as Master Servicer of the servicing rights of the affected transactions listed below from Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. ("CHL") and (b) the execution of amended and restated servicing agreements will not, each in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the underlying ratings(i.e absent consideration of the related Assured Guaranty Corp's ("Assured") insurance policies) of the securities issued by the affected transactions.
