New York, April 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") was informed that Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC hereby gives notice of its assignment of its servicing rights as Special Servicer of the Mortgage Loans under the PSA to Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
