Moody's: SATURNS Trust No. 2003-1 ratings unaffected by Assignment of Call Option

New York, December 13, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by SATURNS Trust No. 2003-1 (the "Trust"), a structured notes issuer, into a novation agreement dated as of December 13, 2013 (the "Novation Agreement") by and among the Issuer, Citadel Equity Fund Ltd. as transferor and Call Option Trust for Sears Debentures, Series 2013-1 as transferee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the reduction or withdrawal with respect to any current rating by Moody's of the Units issued by the Trust. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Novation Agreement could have non-credit-related effects.
