Moody's retires Primary Rating Methodology

New York, June 25, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today announced the retirement of a Primary Rating Methodology document listed below which provided guidance on the application of Agricultural and Construction Equipment Securitizations. The specified document has been retired because it is outdated and the existing methodology, "Moody's Approach to Rating Securities Backed by Equipment Leases and Loans," provides a comprehensive description of the analytical framework used to assign credit ratings in Agricultural and Construction Equipment Securitizations.
