New York, November 06, 2013 -- Passage of the constitutional amendment to expand casino gambling in New York state is credit positive for existing gaming operators in the New York City area because it prohibits direct competition for at least seven years, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report. The amendment permits up to seven new resort-style casinos with lucrative table games such as blackjack and craps.
