Moody's: North American high-yield bond covenant quality worsens in all but one sector in the past year
New York, May 28, 2015 -- The covenant quality of high-yield bonds from all but one North American non-financial corporate sector worsened during the year ended 31 March, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report. The average covenant quality (CQ) score for full-package high-yield bonds issued during the period was 3.93, 0.17 points weaker than the 3.76 recorded for the prior 12 months.
