Moody's: No ratings impact on PFS premium finance ABS following amendments to transaction documents

New York, October 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution of (a) an Omnibus Notice, Consent, Waiver and Amendment, (b) a Fifth Amendment to Amended and Restated Purchase and Sale Agreement, (c) a Seventh Amendment to Servicing Agreement and (d) a Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture on 23 October 2013 (the "Amendments"), in and of themselves and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any outstanding series of notes issued by PFS Financing Corp. (the "Issuer").
