Moody's: No ratings impact on Dryrock Issuance Trust card ABS following January 2, 2012 account addition
New York, January 04, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of approximately 636,000 accounts with an approximate receivables balance of $1.5 billion, equal to approximately 77% of the current trust size, to the Dryrock Issuance Trust executed on January 2, 2012, in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Dryrock Issuance Trust.
