Moody's: No ratings impact on Dryrock Issuance Trust card ABS following August 1, 2013 account addition
New York, August 01, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of approximately 636,054 accounts with an approximate receivables balance of $1.5 billion, equal to approximately 47% of the current trust size, to the Dryrock Issuance Trust executed on August 1, 2013 (the Addition), in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes (the Outstanding Notes) issued by the Dryrock Issuance Trust (Dryrock).
