New York, November 15, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the removal of 265 card accounts with a total receivables balance of approximately $65,000 from the Citibank Omni Master Trust on November 14, 2013 (the "Removal") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Omni Master Trust (the "Outstanding Notes").
