New York, February 09, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the extension of the Series 2009 Expected Final Payment Date from the February 2015 Distribution Date to the February 2017 Distribution Date (the "Extension") executed on 6 February 2015, in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding securities issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust.
