Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank card ABS following 2014-B3 and C3 issuance
New York, April 29, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the Citiseries Class 2014-B3 Notes and Class 2014-C3 Notes on 29 April 2014, in and of itself and at this time, would not result in a downgrade to, withdrawal of, or a review for downgrade of, any of our current ratings on any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust.
