Moody's: No ratings impact on Capital One card ABS following swap novation on Class B 2004-7
New York, January 07, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the novation agreement on January 7, 2013 replacing Danske Bank A/S, New York Branch with HSBC Bank plc as the swap provider for the COMET Class B 2004-7 Notes, in and of itself and at this time, did not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by Capital One Multi-asset Execution Trust.
